We’ll begin with a heart-centered meditation to ground your energy and open the space for healing. Gentle affirmations will invite clarity, confidence, and emotional release.
+ Sound Journey:
Melt into the frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, ocean drum, Koshi chimes, and more. Each vibration is chosen to align you with your inner light and support the embodied expression of your radiant self.
+ Golden Thread Ritual:
Before the sound journey begins, you’ll be invited to participate in a sacred opening ritual. Each guest will receive a piece of golden thread to tie around your wrist or place over your heart — a reminder of the light within you and the unseen threads that connect us all.
